Biome Makers participates in this special pre-reThink Food event about "The Role of the Microbiome in the Future of Our Food Systems".
It consists on an interactive discussion with a panel of experts on various aspects of the microbiome, moderated by Will Rosenzweig, the Dean of The Food Business School. Adrián Ferrero, CEO and Co-Founder of Biome Makers, is one of the experts talking about the patented WineSeq technology in this international event.
The event takes place today at the CIA at Copia (the CIA’s new Napa Valley campus). The discussion will be followed by a wine tasting with special wines from Napa Valley Vintners, and optional tour of Copia. This event is presented by the The Food Business School, the center for executive and graduate education of The Culinary Institute of America, a private, not-for-profit college.
